Delete My Account and My DataBorrar mi cuenta y mis datos
You can delete your account and all your progress whenever you want, without giving any reason and at no cost. There are two ways: from the app, which is immediate, or by writing to us, if you have already uninstalled it.
Option 1: from the app (immediate)
- Open Titanes PPT.
- Go to Settings.
- Scroll down to Eliminar mi cuenta y mis datos (Delete my account and my data).
- Confirm. The deletion is instant and irreversible.
The button deletes the server data first and the phone data second. If the server fails, nothing is deleted and you are told: that way you are not left without your game on the phone and with your profile intact online.
It removes your profile, all your progress and, if you created an account, the account itself: your name, your email address, your password, and the link to Google. The account ceases to exist; it is not simply left "unable to sign in".
Option 2: by email (if you have already uninstalled the app)
Write to info@titanppt.online with the subject "Delete my account" and include one of these details:
- If you created an account, write to us from that same email address. It is the safest way, for you and for us: it identifies you without you having to give us anything else.
- Your nickname in the game.
- Your ID de jugador (player ID), if you have it written down. It appears in Settings, at the bottom of the screen.
Without any of those details we cannot find your account. Playing does not require signing up: someone who played as a guest did not leave us any email address, and then the nickname or the player ID are the only things we can search by.
We reply within a maximum of 30 days, and normally in much less. We will not ask you for any password or any payment details to process the request: if someone asks you for them in our name, it is not us.
What is deleted
- Your profile: nickname, level, experience, and league points.
- Your coins and gems, and everything you have bought with them.
- Your characters and items.
- Your battle history and your statistics.
- Your clan membership and your battle pass progress.
- Everything saved on the phone: progress, settings, and preferences, and the reminders you had scheduled.
- The record of your bets: the match, the coins staked, and the prize.
- Your sign-in account, if you created one: your name, your email address, your password and, if you used it, the link to Google. If you later register again with the same email address, you start as someone new.
What is not deleted, and why
- Your clan does not disappear. If you were the leader, it passes to the longest-standing member. Deleting your account cannot take down with it the data of the other twenty-nine people.
- The battles you played against other people remain in their history, but no longer with your name. Their history is theirs too.
- Reports, whether yours or against you, are kept but without any profile identifier: only the reason, the note, and the nickname at the time remain. They are the evidence of a sanction; if they disappeared when the account was deleted, deleting it would be the way to wipe one's record clean.
- Purchase receipts are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. It is a legal obligation, not our decision, and they do not include your card details: Google Play makes the charge and we never see the payment method.
About money spent
Deleting your account does not refund purchases made within the app, and any coins and gems you have left are lost. If you want to request a refund, do it before deleting your account and directly with Google Play, which is the one that charges you.
If you just want to stop playing
Uninstalling the app does not delete your online account: the profile stays there in case you come back, and we do not delete it for inactivity. If you played as a guest and never got to fight a battle, we may remove that empty profile after two years; the profile of anyone who played, or of anyone with an email account, stays until you ask for it to be deleted.
Puedes borrar tu cuenta y todo tu progreso cuando quieras, sin dar explicaciones y sin coste. Hay dos formas: desde la aplicacion, que es inmediata, o escribiendonos, si ya la has desinstalado.
Opcion 1: desde la aplicacion (inmediato)
- Abre Titanes PPT.
- Entra en Ajustes.
- Baja hasta Eliminar mi cuenta y mis datos.
- Confirma. El borrado es instantaneo e irreversible.
El boton borra primero el servidor y despues el telefono. Si el servidor falla, no se borra nada y se te avisa: asi no te quedas sin partida en el movil y con el perfil intacto en linea.
Se lleva tu perfil, todo tu progreso y, si creaste una cuenta, la cuenta misma: tu nombre, tu correo, tu contrasena y la vinculacion con Google. La cuenta deja de existir; no se queda "sin poder entrar".
Opcion 2: por correo (si ya desinstalaste la aplicacion)
Escribe a info@titanppt.online con el asunto "Borrar mi cuenta" e incluye uno de estos datos:
- Si creaste una cuenta, escribenos desde esa misma direccion de correo. Es la forma mas segura, para ti y para nosotros: nos identifica sin que tengas que darnos nada mas.
- Tu apodo dentro del juego.
- Tu ID de jugador, si lo tienes apuntado. Aparece en Ajustes, al final de la pantalla.
Sin ninguno de esos datos no podemos encontrar tu cuenta. Jugar no exige registrarse: quien jugo como invitado no nos dejo ningun correo, y entonces el apodo o el ID de jugador son lo unico por lo que podemos buscar.
Respondemos en un plazo maximo de 30 dias, y normalmente en mucho menos. No te pediremos ninguna contrasena ni ningun dato de pago para tramitar la solicitud: si alguien te los pide en nuestro nombre, no es nuestro.
Que se borra
- Tu perfil: apodo, nivel, experiencia y puntos de liga.
- Tus monedas y gemas, y todo lo que hayas comprado con ellas.
- Tus personajes y objetos.
- Tu historial de combates y tus estadisticas.
- Tu pertenencia al clan y tu progreso del pase de batalla.
- Todo lo guardado en el telefono: progreso, ajustes y preferencias, y los recordatorios que tuvieras programados.
- El registro de tus apuestas: la partida, las monedas puestas y el premio.
- Tu cuenta de acceso, si la creaste: tu nombre, tu correo, tu contrasena y, si la usaste, la vinculacion con Google. Si mas adelante vuelves a registrarte con el mismo correo, empiezas como alguien nuevo.
Que no se borra, y por que
- Tu clan no desaparece. Si eras el lider, pasa al miembro mas antiguo. Borrar tu cuenta no puede llevarse por delante los datos de las otras veintinueve personas.
- Los combates que jugaste contra otras personas siguen en el historial de ellas, pero ya sin tu nombre. Su historial tambien es suyo.
- Las denuncias, tuyas o contra ti, se conservan pero sin ningun identificador de perfil: solo queda el motivo, la nota y el apodo de entonces. Son la prueba de una sancion; si desaparecieran al borrar la cuenta, borrarla seria la forma de limpiar el historial.
- Los justificantes de compra se conservan el tiempo que exija la normativa fiscal y contable. Es una obligacion legal, no una decision nuestra, y no incluyen datos de tu tarjeta: el cobro lo hace Google Play y nosotros nunca vemos el medio de pago.
Sobre el dinero gastado
Borrar la cuenta no devuelve las compras hechas dentro de la aplicacion, y las monedas y gemas que te queden se pierden. Si quieres pedir un reembolso, hazlo antes de borrar la cuenta y directamente en Google Play, que es quien cobra.
Si solo quieres dejar de jugar
Desinstalar la aplicacion no borra tu cuenta en linea: el perfil sigue ahi por si vuelves, y no lo borramos por inactividad. Si jugaste como invitado y nunca llegaste a pelear un combate, ese perfil vacio si podemos retirarlo pasados dos anos; el de quien jugo, o el de quien tiene cuenta con correo, se queda hasta que pidas borrarlo.
