1. Who processes your data
Titanes PPT (the "app" or the "game") is developed and operated by Otjh LLC, a limited liability company (LLC) organized in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, based in York, Pennsylvania, United States. You can contact us at info@titanppt.online or at https://titanppt.online about any matter related to your data.
2. What data we collect
We process the minimum information needed for the game to work. If you play offline against the AI, no account is created and none of this leaves your phone.
2.1. On your device
- Nickname, avatar, equipped character, and country.
- Progress: level, experience, league, promotion series, coins, and gems.
- Statistics: wins, losses, draws, rounds, streaks, critical hits, perfect wins, and the breakdown of your moves.
- Daily missions, achievements, season pass, and wheel status.
- Sound, vibration, accessibility, and language settings.
- Your consent choices and the version of the Terms you accepted.
- Advertising counters: how many ads you have seen today and when, in order to respect the limits described in section 9.
- Reminders: the times at which you usually open the game (the last ten) and which notifications were scheduled and which have already gone out, so as not to repeat any of them to you (section 2.13).
- A copy of your previous game, only if on this phone you recover an account that already had a game: it is saved before being replaced, in case you change your mind.
2.2. Online account (only if you play online)
The first time you join an online match, an anonymous account is created on our profile server. You are not asked for an email address, phone number, or password to play, and the identifier is a random value, not an identifier of your phone. That account stores:
- Nickname, avatar, and country.
- Level, experience, league score, coins, and gems.
- Wins, losses, draws, best streak, rounds won, critical hits, and perfect wins.
- The date the account was created and the date of your last connection.
- Whether you have an active sanction for cheating or abuse, with its reason and its end date.
2.3. Account to recover your game (optional)
That anonymous account lives only on that phone: if you uninstall the game or change phones, it is lost. To prevent this, you can turn it into a permanent account. The game offers this to you once when you start—where you can also choose Play as a guest—and it remains available in Settings whenever you want. It is optional: if you do not create it, the game works exactly the same, with everything.
If you decide to create it, we collect only what is needed to give you back your game:
- With email: your name, your email address, and a password. We never store the password in plain text: it travels encrypted and is stored as a cryptographic hash that cannot be reversed.
- With Google: your name, your email address, and the identifier that Google gives us for you. Google also sends us the address of your profile photo; we do not use it for anything. We do not receive your Google password at any time, and we do not request access to your email, your contacts, your calendar, or your files.
Your name is private. It is stored with your account's sign-in data, it does not appear in the game, and no other player can see it. We use it only to address you when you write to us or in your account emails. What others see is your player name (your nickname) and your avatar, which belong to the game and which you choose yourself: when you create the account with email, or whenever you want in Settings. We do not take your name or your photo from Google for your player profile.
Inside the app, signing in with Google opens a system browser tab with Google's sign-in screen and returns to the game when finished. That screen belongs to Google and what happens on it is governed by Google's policy; we only receive the result.
Your email address is used for one thing only: to identify you when you want to recover your game, and to send you the confirmation or password-change link. We do not send you advertising or newsletters, and we do not give your email address to anyone. Your game is the SAME as before: creating the account does not reset anything and does not create a new player.
You can stop using the account whenever you want by signing out. To delete it, section 7 states precisely what the in-app button removes and what you need to ask us to do.
2.4. What other players see
You should know this before choosing a nickname: your nickname, avatar, country, level, league, wins, losses, best streak, the clan you belong to, and when you last played are public within the game. Any player can find you by searching for your nickname, see you in the player list, and open your profile, and you appear in the leaderboards. In the friends list, "when you last played" is shown as Online if it was less than ten minutes ago, or as the time that has passed, and anyone who tries to invite you to play knows whether you are online (section 2.15). Your coins, your gems, your purchases, your name, and your email address are never public.
2.5. Match history
- 1v1 duels: who played, who won, for what reason, how many rounds it lasted, the health each player had left, the change in score, and whether the rival was an AI-controlled opponent.
- Team battles (2v2 and 4v4): in addition to the above, the table at which it was played and the coins each player put in, whether any slots were filled with AI, which team you were on and in which relay position you went in, whether you won your duel, the health and shield you had left, the rounds you won, and how many of your coaching calls as a spectator ended in a round won.
- Per-pair summary: how many times you have played on the same team with another player and how many of those games the two of you won. It is used for the review window of the team lobby. Only the two players involved can see that summary: no one can look up the history of two other players, or yours with another person.
2.6. Virtual currency bets
Every online battle is played at a table. We store the table chosen and the coins staked, both in the battle and in your account balance. It is in-game currency: no real money is involved and it cannot be converted into money. Section 5 of the Terms explains this.
When a match with a stake starts, each player's coins are withheld from their balance; when it ends they are given to the winner, and if the match is never resolved they are returned. For each bet we keep a record (the match, the coins staked, the prize, and whether they were returned) for as long as your account exists; it is deleted along with it.
2.7. Clans, friends, and events
- Clan: which clan you belong to, in what role, since when, and how much you have contributed to the clan's weekly goal. The other members of your clan can see your contribution.
- Friends: who you are friends with, who sent the request, and when it was accepted. Your friends list is yours alone: no other player can look it up or find out who you are friends with. You can end a friendship whenever you want, and when you do, the relationship is deleted for both of you.
- Blocks: whom you have blocked. A blocked player is never told that they are blocked: a friend request from them gets the same response as if you could not receive requests, and an invitation to play, the same as if you were not online. That is what makes blocking useful.
- Reports: if you report a player from their profile, we store who is reporting and whom, the reason (from a closed list: insults, harassment, spam, sexual content, cheating, or other), an optional note of up to 300 characters, and the nickname the reported player had at that moment. Only moderators can see it: the reported player cannot find out who reported them. It is used to decide on sanctions (legitimate interest, section 4).
- Clan requests and invitations: which clans you have asked to join, which clans have invited you, and who invited you. The clan involved and you can see them. They expire after 14 days and are then deleted automatically; they also disappear as soon as you join a clan.
- Weekly events: your score, wins, matches played, streak, the country and region you compete with, and the prizes you are entitled to.
2.8. Communication between players
During a battle you can send emojis and phrases from a closed list, and in team modes coaching calls to your teammate, also from a closed list. This version of the game does not include free-text chat. What travels over the network is the phrase's identifier, not the text, so that each player reads it in their own language. These messages are delivered live and are not stored. The only thing that is recorded is the count of coaching calls that were right, described in section 2.5. Invitations to play (section 2.15) do not carry any text either.
If in the future we add a way to write freely to other players, we will update this policy before enabling it and will ask you to accept it again within the app, as section 12 states.
2.9. Purchases
Google Play processes payments. We receive and store the receipt: product purchased, purchase and order identifiers issued by Google, amount, currency, delivery status, and dates. We never see or store your card details.
2.10. Advertising
Google AdMob may use your device's advertising ID. It is managed by Google, not by us, and depends on your consent. See section 9.
2.11. Technical and diagnostic data
The app does not include any crash-reporting or performance tool, and it sends the match server only the protocol version number, not your phone's model. Google Play and Google AdMob do collect, on their own, technical information about the device when you download the app or when you are served an ad, under their own policies, and we do not control that.
2.12. Analytics
The game includes an Analitica anonima (anonymous analytics) switch, turned off by default. As of today, the app does not send analytics data to anyone: there is no analytics tool built in, and your choice is stored only on your device. If we ever add one, it will be through that switch, and we will notify you within the app before enabling it.
2.13. Notifications on your phone
The game may show you reminders: that you have achievements or missions left to claim, that your free wheel spin is ready, your daily streak, or the day's new missions. They are local notifications: your own phone schedules and triggers them. We do not use any delivery service, we do not create any token or identifier, and no data leaves your device because of this. To choose the time, the game stores on the phone the times at which you usually open it (section 2.1).
On Android 13 or later, the system asks you for permission after explaining to you what it is for, once you have already played; if you say no, there are no notifications and the game works the same. You receive at most one per day, between 11:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. on your phone's clock, and only about what you have earned or have pending: never advertising. If you ignore three in a row, they stop until you open the game again. You can turn them off in Settings > Avisos (Notifications) or in Android's notification settings.
2.14. Sharing on social media
From the result of a battle you won, from your achievements, from your profile, and from Friends, you can share a card: an image and a text with a link to titanppt.online. It is your own action: the card is shown to you before it is sent, and Android's share menu only opens when you tap Share (if the image could not be drawn, you are offered the text alone). The image is drawn on your phone, is kept in the app's private temporary storage until the next share, and is not uploaded to any server of ours. We do not use any software kit from any social network, we do not request any permission for this, and we do not store that you shared or with whom.
The card carries what is already on your screen: your nickname, your character, your league, your level, and your stats. It never carries your opponent's name, portrait, or identifier (only their league), nor coins won or staked, nor your email address. What happens afterwards (who sees it, how long it is kept) depends on the app you choose and on its own privacy policy.
2.15. Invitations to play
From your friends list or from any player's profile, you can invite them to a battle, 1v1 or 2v2. It only reaches them if they have the game open and connected at that moment: there are no notifications to the phone, so with the app closed the invitation does not go out. To send it, our match server uses the recipient's profile identifier and shows them your player profile (the same one any opponent sees when a battle starts). The invitation carries no text: it can only be accepted, declined, or canceled.
So that you can receive them, if you have an online account the game keeps the connection to the match server open while you are in the menu, not only during a battle. For the same reason, anyone who tries to invite you knows whether you are online or in a battle at that moment: if you are not online, or you are playing, they are told immediately.
It is not stored anywhere. It lives in the match server's memory for a maximum of 30 seconds and disappears when it is answered, when it expires, or as soon as either of the two players disconnects; it is not written to our database and no record of the invitation is kept. An accepted invitation is always played at the Amistosa (Friendly) table: nothing is ever staked. If you have blocked someone, or they have blocked you, they cannot invite you and you cannot invite them, and whoever tries gets the same answer as if the other player were not online.
3. What we do NOT collect
- We do not ask for your postal address or your phone number. You choose your nickname, and it does not allow insults or contact details because others can see it.
- We only have your name and your email address if you decide to create an account to recover your game (section 2.3). Without an account, we do not have them. And even if you create one, they are not public: no other player can see them.
- We do not access your contacts, photos, files, microphone, or camera. Nor do we access your location: your country is inferred from the language set on your device, not from your IP address or GPS, and you can change it manually in Settings. That said, to be precise: when you are served an ad, Google receives your connection's IP address (as with any internet connection) and can infer from it your approximate location, roughly down to the city. Google does this under its own policy, not us, and it also happens with personalized ads turned off. If you do not want this to happen, ads (and therefore requests to Google) stop with Quitar anuncios (Remove ads) or while you have the Battle Pass.
- In this version there is no free chat, so we do not process messages written by you, other than your nickname and, if you found a clan, its name and its tag.
- We do not sell or rent your data to third parties. Ever.
4. What we use your data for
- Matching you with opponents of a similar level (legal basis: performance of the service).
- Saving your progress between sessions and on the leaderboards (performance of the service).
- Keeping track of your coins and settling bets between players (performance of the service).
- Supporting clans, weekly goals, and events (performance of the service).
- Letting you have friends, invite others to play, join a clan, and block anyone you do not want near you (performance of the service).
- Delivering the content you purchase and handling refunds (performance of the contract).
- Detecting cheating and abusive behavior, and applying sanctions (legitimate interest).
- Showing advertising (legitimate interest for non-personalized ads; consent for personalized ads, see section 9).
5. Where it is stored
In two places, and it is worth telling them apart:
- On your own device: all your progress. It is the main copy and works offline.
- On our profile server (Supabase, on Amazon Web Services infrastructure in the United States): the anonymous account and the history described in section 2, permanently for as long as the account exists, because without them there can be no leaderboards or history. The battle server only keeps in memory the state of the match while it lasts, who is connected, and pending invitations to play, and discards them when the match ends or when you disconnect.
Because the service is operated from the United States, if you play from another country your data is transferred there. It is pseudonymous game data: a nickname you choose and some numbers, with nothing that identifies you in the real world.
6. How long we keep it
- Local data: until you uninstall the app or tap "Eliminar mi cuenta y mis datos" (Delete my account and my data) in Settings, which also cancels the scheduled reminders.
- Online account and history: for as long as the account exists. We do not delete it for inactivity: your game waits for you for as long as it takes. It disappears when you want it to, with the button in Settings or by asking us by email (section 7).
- Abandoned guest profiles: if someone installed the game, never got to play a battle, did not buy anything, and has not opened it for two years, we may delete that profile. Only those: a profile that played is someone's history, and an account with an email address is never touched for inactivity.
- Sign-in account (your name, your email address, your encrypted password and, if you used it, the link to Google): for as long as the account exists. It is deleted with the same button in Settings that deletes everything else (section 7).
- Friends and blocks: until you end the friendship or remove the block, or until one of the two accounts is deleted.
- Bet record: for as long as the account exists; it is deleted with it.
- Reports: they are kept even if the account of the reporting player or that of the reported player is deleted, but without any profile identifier: only the reason, the note, and the nickname they had at the time remain. They are the evidence of a sanction, and we do not delete them on expiry.
- Clan requests and invitations: 14 days, or less: they are deleted as soon as they are answered or you join a clan.
- Invitations to play: they are not stored. They live in memory for a maximum of 30 seconds (section 2.15).
- Match state: it lives only in memory during the battle and disappears when it ends.
- Messages between players: they are not stored.
- Purchases: the receipt is kept for as long as the applicable tax and accounting rules require, even if you delete your account. It is a legal obligation, not our decision.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability. From Settings you can:
- Exportar mis datos (Export my data): downloads as JSON everything the app stores on your device.
- Eliminar mi cuenta y mis datos (Delete my account and my data): instantly and irreversibly deletes everything on your device: progress, coins, gems, statistics, and settings.
The button also deletes what is on the server, not just your device: the profile, the history, and your place in the clan. If you were the leader, the clan passes to the longest-standing member instead of disappearing, so as not to delete the other players' data along the way. The battles you played against other people remain in their history, but no longer with your name.
The server deletion is done BEFORE the phone deletion: if it fails, nothing is deleted and you are told, instead of leaving you without your game and with your profile intact. If something still does not work, write to us at info@titanppt.online stating your nickname. You can also ask us, at that same email address, for a copy of what the server stores.
If you created an account, the button deletes it too: your name, your email address, your password and, if you used it, the link to Google disappear from the sign-in system of Supabase, the same provider as in section 5. The account ceases to exist; it is not simply left "unable to sign in": if you later register again with the same email address, you start as someone new. The only thing kept is the receipt for your purchases, because of the legal obligation in section 6. If the button does not work for you, write to us at info@titanppt.online from your account's email address and we will delete it ourselves; the maximum period is 30 days, and it is normally much less.
Exercising any of these rights is free of charge and does not worsen the service you receive.
If you believe we have not respected your rights, you can file a complaint with the competent authority: in the European Union and the United Kingdom, the data protection authority of your country; in the United States, the Federal Trade Commission or the Attorney General of your state.
7 bis. If you reside in California
California law (CCPA/CPRA) also gives you the right to know what categories of data we process and with whom we share them, to request their correction or deletion, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. All of this is handled at the same email address and with the same buttons in Settings.
We do not sell your personal information, and we never have. If you accept personalized ads, the delivery of your advertising ID to Google may be considered sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising under that law. You can withdraw that consent whenever you want, without giving any reason, in Settings > Opciones de privacidad de anuncios (Ad privacy options): that is equivalent to a Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information request. With personalized ads turned off—which is how the game comes out of the box—none of this is shared.
8. Minors
The game is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age set by the law of your country), and when you start you are asked to confirm that you meet the minimum age required where you live. We do not knowingly collect data from children under that age. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a minor has provided us with data, write to us at info@titanppt.online and we will delete it immediately.
The game contains in-app purchases and virtual currency bets between players. If a minor uses the device, we recommend turning on parental controls and requiring a password for every purchase on Google Play.
9. Advertising
The app shows ads from Google AdMob so that it can be offered free of charge. These are all the formats it uses, and there are no others:
- Native ad integrated with the game's design, within the content of menu screens: home, characters, missions, achievements, leaderboard, event, clans, friends, and table selection. It is always labeled as an ad. Never during a battle.
- Rewarded video, always voluntary: it only plays if you ask for it, and you are told beforehand that you are going to watch a video and what you will receive in return. In the current version, it is used to get extra spins on the wheel.
- Rewarded full-screen ad, when you return to the menu after a battle. This one does appear on its own, so it is worth being precise: before it is shown, a screen appears where you can decline it, and if you watch it, it pays you coins. It never appears during a battle, nor when opening the app, nor before your sixth battle, nor after two losses in a row, nor right after a video you asked for yourself. At most four per day, at least six minutes apart.
Google may use an advertising ID from your device to show you ads. Personalized ads are turned off by default and are only turned on if you give your consent in the form that appears when you start. You can change that decision whenever you want in Settings > Opciones de privacidad de anuncios (Ad privacy options).
If you buy Quitar anuncios (Remove ads), the native ad and the full-screen ad disappear permanently. The Battle Pass does the same while the season lasts, even though it is not sold for that. Rewarded videos that you ask for remain available because they are an optional reward, not a nuisance.
Google's processing of this data is governed by its own policy: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
10. Conduct of other players
During a battle you can mute your opponent and stop receiving their emojis and phrases. Outside of battle you can block anyone from their profile: they can no longer send you friend requests or invite you to play or to their clan, they disappear from your lists, and they are not told that you have blocked them. If a nickname, a clan name, or someone's conduct seems offensive to you, you can report it from their profile (you choose a reason and, if you want, write a note; section 2.7 states what a report stores) or write to us at info@titanppt.online with the nickname and what happened: we can suspend accounts, and we do. Since there is no free chat in this version, the room for abuse is limited to those names (which also go through an automatic word filter before being saved) and to the repeated use of emotes, which is limited per battle.
11. Security
Communications with our server are encrypted (TLS). The server is authoritative: it validates every move and is the only one that writes coins, score, and prizes, which also protects the integrity of matches against tampered clients.
12. Changes to this policy
If we change anything relevant, we will ask you to accept it again within the app before it continues to apply. Last updated: September 23, 2026.
2.1. En tu dispositivo
- Apodo, avatar, personaje equipado y pais.
Esa cuenta guarda:
- Apodo, avatar y pais.
- Nivel, experiencia, puntuacion de liga, monedas y gemas.
- Victorias, derrotas, empates, mejor racha, rondas ganadas, criticos y victorias perfectas.
- Bloqueos: a quien has bloqueado.
2.15. Invitar a jugar
Nunca.
- Detectar trampas y comportamientos abusivos, y aplicar sanciones (interes legitimo).
Si aun asi algo no funciona, escribenos a info@titanppt.online indicando tu apodo.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.
